The policies set forth below are to insure your pet’s safety from the time your pet leaves you until the time they are returned to you.
All pets being dropped-off for boarding, day care or pick-up
for home are by appointment only.
Since our prices are so reasonable, our hours are limited.
Like a hotel, we have a Check-out time of 11:00am , plan on picking-up before 11:00am to prevent being charged for the day. In case of an emergency or special circumstances you may make arrangements for an “After Hours” drop-off or pickup for an additional fee of $10.00.
